On November 1, 2024, the Board of Directors (BOD) of MISA Joint Stock Company approved the decision and officially appointed 3 senior leadership positions for the 2024-2028 term: Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy as Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Hong Quang as General Director and Mr. Le Huu Nguyen as Deputy General Director.

New Vice Chairwoman of MISA Board of Directors Dinh Thi Thuy was born in 1976, graduated from the Academy of Finance and has 26 years of working and growing up at MISA with many important positions in the company. In 1998, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy officially joined MISA as an Accountant and professional consultant for the software development team. Following that, she continued to advance in the roles of Department Head, Director of MISA Hanoi Office, Deputy General Director, Permanent Deputy General Director and was officially appointed to the position of General Director in May 2016.

In each position, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy has left a strong impression and is considered one of the most influential "female generals" in the Vietnamese technology industry. During her two terms as General Director of MISA, she has led the company to continuous growth and for many consecutive years has been in the Top 5 information technology enterprises in Vietnam. Her determination in directing and operating has helped MISA staff imbued with the spirit of customer service, contributing to the growth of MISA's customer base from more than 100,000 units to 350,000 units by 2024.
New General Director of MISA Le Hong Quang was born in 1981, graduated from the Academy of Finance, has 20 years of working and growing at MISA through many different positions. In his role as a senior leader at the company, he and the MISA Board of Directors have solved many problems in marketing, market development and successfully implemented digital transformation solutions for hundreds of thousands of organizations and businesses in Vietnam, while contributing to the expansion of MISA products nationwide and in 22 countries around the world.

In particular, Mr. Quang is a key leader in developing important strategies such as restructuring effective business systems and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) application products with the goal of helping nearly 1 million businesses access AI to improve efficiency and contribute to the development of the digital economy.
New Deputy General Director Le Huu Nguyen was born in 1981, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. Mr. Le Huu Nguyen has also had a 20-year journey with MISA, starting from the position of Sales Staff in 2005, rising through many different management positions as Department Head, Sales Director and officially appointed as Director of MISA Ho Chi Minh City Office in 2018.

During his tenure, Mr. Le Huu Nguyen has accompanied the company's Board of Directors in successfully implementing business activities to expand the Southern market and develop the team from 250 employees to 600 employees at the MISA Ho Chi Minh City Office. With his experience and deep understanding of regional cultures, Mr. Le Huu Nguyen has left many marks in leading the consulting team to implement hundreds of digital transformation projects for agencies and units in many provinces and cities, gaining the trust of partners and customers.
After appointing 3 key leadership positions, MISA continues to promote the implementation of strategic activities aimed at maintaining its leading position in the field of information technology in Vietnam while expanding its influence in the region and the world.
