On October 28, the Farmers' Association of Vinh Trach commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term.

The Party Executive Committee of Vinh Trach commune presented a congratulatory banner to the congress.

During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Vinh Trach commune developed 560 new members, bringing the total to 1,119 members; built 12 high-tech agricultural models; mobilized more than 3 billion VND for social security; and supported the construction of 52 houses for members in difficult circumstances.

The movement of farmers competing in production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty has developed strongly. Every year, nearly 800 farmer households achieve the title of good production and business at all levels, contributing to the construction of advanced and exemplary new rural areas.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the congress strives for 100% of cadres and members to be informed of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; develop 500 new members, consolidate 9 cooperative groups and 4 effectively operating agricultural cooperatives. Strive to have 60% of farming households register annually and 50% achieve the title of good farmers and businessmen; 70% of members are equipped with digital skills; 100% of branches achieve strong results annually.
