Mu Cang Chai welcomes over 22,500 tourists during the April 30 - May 1 holiday

During the 5-day holiday from April 30 to May 1, Mu Cang Chai district welcomed over 22,500 tourists. Of which, over 20,200 were domestic tourists; 2,300 were international tourists, with room occupancy rate reaching over 90%. Revenue from tourism services reached 22.7 billion VND.

It is known that during the April 30 - May 1 holiday, Mu Cang Chai district has directed the organization of many meaningful tourism attraction activities such as: Market activities from April 26 and maintaining regular activities every Saturday.

Organizing an art program with the theme "Non song loi mot mot" to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and the reunification of the country and activities during the flood season; exhibition of beautiful photos of the flood season, paragliding experience "Flying over the scenic area", experiencing the art of farming on terraced fields and organizing a bird singing competition from April 26 to the end of May every Saturday.

In recent times, Mu Cang Chai district has promoted the dissemination of solutions to promote tourism development and attract tourists. Strengthening inspection and supervision to ensure that organizations and individuals comply with State regulations in providing tourism-related services.

Ensuring safety for tourists when visiting and traveling in the district, especially ensuring safety for tourists when participating in adventure tourism activities such as: mountain climbing, exploring, visiting waterfalls, dams, paragliding...
