QTO - Due to the influence of weakened cold air, combined with disturbances of the East wind zone above, in Le Thuy commune there was moderate rain, in some places heavy rain to very heavy rain, causing dozens of houses and traffic routes to be flooded.

According to the Civil Defense Command of Le Thuy commune, as of 11:00 a.m. on November 30, 43 houses in the commune were flooded, including: (1 house in Phong Giang village; 8 houses in Mai Ha village; 9 houses in Xuan Lai village; 2 houses in Loc Thuong village; 13 houses in Phu Tho village; 4 houses in Tan Le village; 5 houses in Tuy Loc village; 1 house in An Xa village).

Currently, traffic routes such as Mai An Road (the area through the old An Thuy commune); Provincial Road 564, Road 30, inter-village roads, hamlet roads, fields, village roads in the villages of Mai Ha, Phu Tho, Tan Le, Loc An, Thuong Phong, Dai Phong, Phong Giang, Thuong Giang, etc. are flooded. Of which, Road 30 has about 50m of slope landslide. It is known that due to the heavy rain, all students in the commune have been given a day off from school, and some schools have organized online teaching.
