Improving the quality of advice and support for the National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee, and the committees of the Provincial People's Council.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky requested the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council of Ha Tinh to continue promoting administrative reform and improving the sense of responsibility and public service ethics of officials, civil servants, and employees.

On the afternoon of January 8th, the Party Committee of the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council of Ha Tinh Province held a conference to summarize Party, professional, and mass organization work in 2023 and to implement tasks for 2024.

In 2023, the Party Committee of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council effectively carried out political and ideological education; effectively implemented the study and understanding of resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc to all Party members and the general public. It seriously implemented resolutions, directives, and conclusions from higher levels; strengthened leadership in building workplace culture; and promoted the regulations on public service culture within the agency.

Comrade Tran Dinh Tuan - Deputy Chief of the Office - presented the summary report on Party, professional, and mass organization work in 2023.

Party organization, personnel, and member management; Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work were carried out seriously and in accordance with regulations. Through regular inspection and supervision, the Party Committee had no members violating organizational discipline, violating public service ethics, or showing any negative behavior or alienation from the Party; 100% of cadres' and Party members' families had no members violating the law.

The Party Committee has led and directed cadres and Party members to effectively carry out the work of summarizing, advising, and serving the activities of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council. During the year, they received and advised on the processing of nearly 7,000 incoming documents, issued nearly 1,700 outgoing documents; developed and implemented work programs, and effectively received and advised on the processing of assigned tasks. They led and directed the effective implementation of advisory and support work for the activities of the National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee, and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council.

The leadership directed the Office to effectively implement administrative reforms, rectify the observance of discipline and order, and hold the head of the office accountable for task performance; manage and upgrade the information technology network system; and process work through the electronic work file system.

Comrade Truong Thi Lien - Secretary of the Party Branch, Head of the General Affairs - Information - Citizen Petitions Department - delivered a speech at the conference.

Furthermore, the Party Committee actively implemented social welfare work; mobilizing resources exceeding 3 billion VND to build charitable houses, boarding houses for officials, and sponsor orphans in the area. Mass organizations played a key role in participating in and implementing democratic regulations within the agency; maintaining the regular activities of mass organizations, mobilizing the public to voluntarily implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and directives from higher authorities; actively and dynamically carrying out tasks, doing a good job in propaganda and education ; and caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of their members.

In 2024, the Party Committee of the Office strives to complete 100% of the annual plan assigned by the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; to build a Party Committee that "excellently fulfills its tasks"; for the office and departments to successfully complete their tasks; and for the mass organizations within the Party Committee to have many rich and practical activities and programs...

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Van Ky suggested that, in the coming time, the Party Committee of the Office should continue to build on the achievements already made and improve the overall quality in all aspects of its work.

Strengthen discipline and order, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and management, and enhance the compliance awareness of officials, civil servants, and workers. Continue to innovate working methods and procedures; promote administrative reform, and improve the sense of responsibility and public service ethics of officials, civil servants, and workers. Promote the role of mass organizations, effectively implement emulation movements; and pay attention to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia presented the Prime Minister's commendation certificate to a collective that had excellently and comprehensively fulfilled its work nhiệm vụ and led the patriotic emulation movement from 2018 to 2022.
