According to the 2023 Annual Food and Beverage Industry Report by Brand Finance (a global brand valuation company headquartered in London, UK), Nestlé continues to be the world's most valuable food brand, with a brand value of up to 22.4 billion USD, and is ranked No. 1 in sustainability in the ranking of 100 food brands. Of which, Nestlé's perceived value of sustainability is valued at up to 1.35 billion USD.

Every year, leading brand valuation consultancy Brand Finance evaluates the world’s 5,000 largest brands and publishes more than 100 reports, ranking brands across all sectors and countries. The world’s top 100 strongest and most valuable food brands are included in the annual Brand Finance Food 100 ranking in 2023.
According to Brand Finance, Nestlé is considered a globally sustainable corporation thanks to its commitment to environmental and social responsibility, responsible purchasing, and support for physical and nutritional development for consumers. Nestlé has made many important steps in implementing sustainable development goals.
Specifically, Nestlé is the first company in the world to be transparent about the nutritional value of all product categories globally, based on the Healthy Product Evaluation Standard System to take the lead in bringing delicious and nutritionally balanced meals to consumers.
Nestlé is also on track to achieve its commitment to net zero emissions by 2050 (Net Zero) and publishes voluntary climate change impact and risk reporting, demonstrating transparency and a consistent commitment to climate action.
