According to the report, in the first 10 months of the year, the health sector has completed 5/6 key tasks, achieved and exceeded 12/13 socio -economic development targets in the health sector. Notably: maintaining 100% of communes, wards and towns meeting the national health criteria; achieving 12.5 doctors and 34 hospital beds per 10,000 people; health insurance coverage rate reached 95%. Indicators on disease prevention, food safety, and digital transformation in health were all effectively implemented; the rate of cashless payments at medical examination and treatment facilities reached 80%, 98% of people are managed by electronic health records.
