On June 21, the 23rd session of the 10th term Quang Nam Provincial People's Council took place.

At this session, in addition to carrying out personnel procedures, the Provincial People's Council will consider and decide on a number of contents within its authority, including:

Decision on assigning additional positions for civil servants receiving salaries from the state budget in public service units under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Propose to continue paying salaries and benefits according to regulations for contract workers working at social assistance facilities and the Center for nurturing and nursing people with meritorious services in Quang Nam province.

Propose to add additional funding to implement social assistance policies in the community according to the provisions of Resolution No. 43, dated December 8, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council in 2023 and the following years.

Regulations on the establishment of Security and Order Protection Teams; policies and regular monthly support levels for forces participating in security and order protection at grassroots levels in the province.
