The highlight of the Festival is the Culinary Competition and display of traditional dishes, with the participation of 9 teams from villages in the commune. The teams brought dishes imbued with Muong culinary culture, with many typical dishes, such as: Sticky rice fish, dried fish, pork cooked with rice, bee pupae, rock snails, wild vegetable salad...

All dishes are prepared from locally available ingredients, ensuring freshness and distinctive flavor, with delicate and beautiful presentation, creating a strong impression on visitors.

Each team also prepared a presentation to introduce the meaning of the feast, convince the judges and the audience, and introduce to friends and visitors from near and far the unique culinary quintessence of the Muong ethnic group.
