The first Science-Business and Innovation Forum 2023 took place within the framework of the Science Alumni Community Connection Day with the participation of generations of students, lecturers and scientists from the University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City.

HCMUS Alumni Day is an annual event that brings together generations of alumni from the University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City, to evoke feelings of pride in their time studying and growing up, thereby promoting the strengths of alumni in all fields to connect and create value for the community and the development of the school.

In 2023, HCMUS Alumni Day will take place with the initiative of the science-business and innovation forum (The 1st Forum on Industry Innovation - FIIS). This is an event that brings the research results of the school's scientists closer to the innovation market, while building sustainable relationships between businesses and the school's training and research activities.

The program will include 3 main contents. Part 1 is the science and technology fair, displaying and exhibiting innovative products of scientists, lecturers, students and businesses. In part 2, in the science-business and innovation forum, there will be a signing ceremony of cooperation agreements between schools and businesses, sharing about the important role of schools in research and product development activities, sharing practical lessons of cooperation between businesses and schools.

Notably, the Science Alumni Innovation Investment Fund will be launched in part 3 of the gala connecting the science alumni community.
