On September 19, 2024, the Party Central Committee worked at the Hall to discuss the following contents:

Comrade To Lam, General Secretary and President chaired and led the discussion on: Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam.

Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister chaired the discussion on: Draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementation of the 10-year socio -economic development strategy 2021-2030, directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026-2030; Draft Report on the assessment of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan in 2024, the projected socio-economic development plan in 2025; Report on the assessment of the implementation of the state budget in 2024, the state budget estimate in 2025; The 3-year state financial-budget plan 2025-2027; on the policy of building the North-South high-speed railway.

Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, chaired the discussion on: Draft Report summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Party Central Committee and the direction of personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee; Project to amend and supplement Decision No. 244-QD/TW, dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee on promulgating the Party's election regulations; Draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementation of the Party's Charter to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress.
