The gift giving ceremony took place in the Art Exchange Program "Towards the 31st Golden Apricot Award" held on November 7, at the headquarters of the Lao Dong Newspaper.

Poet Le Minh Quoc was born in 1959, his hometown is Da Nang city. In 1977, he joined the army and became a volunteer soldier operating in the Cambodian battlefield. After leaving the army in 1983, he became a student of the Faculty of Literature, Ho Chi Minh City University of Science (school year 1983-1987).

Since 1988, he has been a reporter for the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Newspaper; a member of the Vietnam Writers' Association; a member of the Vietnam Journalists' Association . Currently, he is the Chairman of the Poetry Council of the Ho Chi Minh City Writers' Association (term 2020-2025). He is also a close collaborator of the Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Artist Trang Bich Lieu was born in 1945 and was taught the craft by famous teachers such as: People's Artist Phung Ha, People's Artist Nam Chau, Duy Lan, Kim Cuc, Chin Trich, Nam Co... She became famous in 1974, when she graduated from the National School of Drama in Saigon (now the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music), and was selected to work for the Da Ly Huong troupe of producer Diep Nam Thang.

She is considered by experts as "the young actress of the new wave". In her career in Cai Luong, her roles have left a strong impression in the works: "The Island of the Goddess", "The Eyes of Love", "The Smoke of Tieu Tuong", "Wife and Love", "The Late Night Stage", "The Green of the Hair"...

Receiving a gift from the "Mai Vang Tri An" program, poet Le Minh Quoc said: "I am very surprised and also very proud that the Mai Vang Award has been developing continuously for more than 3 decades. I am very honored, thank you!". The poet read a poem to present to the Mai Vang Award.

Artist Trang Bich Lieu could not hide her emotion when receiving the "Golden Mai Nhan Ai" award. She expressed her thanks with the traditional folk song "Ben Cau Det Lua". Despite her old age, she still maintains her sweet voice and receives praise.
