Entering the Korean milk grape garden in Lang Moi village, Mong Son commune, Yen Binh district, the agricultural engineer Dinh Dai Thanh from Vinh Phuc province could not help but be surprised and delighted by the green, sprawling grape garden, each tree laden with fruit. Starting with only 500 experimental grape trees and achieving certain results, Mr. Thanh has now expanded to nearly 2,000 trees planted on an area of 1.5 hectares and is starting to produce the first fruits. If the weather is favorable, it will be harvested in about a month with a revenue of hundreds of millions of VND.

The seriousness of this agricultural engineer in his work is clearly demonstrated through his investment in a system of houses with transparent, solid, and sturdy nylon dome roofs and an automatic watering system. The initial investment cost is estimated at more than 3 billion VND.

Korean milk grapes are one of the best grapes in the world with a fairly high price, from 350 - 500 thousand VND/kg. This type of grape has large, round fruits, smooth green skin, when ripe it has a rich sweet taste, mixed with a bit of fat, and a characteristic milky aroma. Currently, in addition to selling to traders, his family's vineyard attracts many delegations to visit, learn from experience, experience grape picking and buy products in the garden.

Not only enriching themselves, the grape farm is currently attracting 3-5 regular workers with a stable income of 6-8 million VND/month.

Although the first steps have gradually stabilized, in the future, Mr. Thanh still has many plans to do, especially hoping that the milk grape farm will become a tourist destination for many visitors.
