Man died from drowning while fishing on Thoa River

On October 25, the People's Committee of Tra Cau ward, Quang Ngai province confirmed that a tragic drowning accident had just occurred in the locality, causing one death.

The victim was Mr. NC (born in 1982, residing in Zone 1A residential area, Hai Tan neighborhood, Tra Cau ward).

Earlier, at around 8:00 AM on October 25th, Mr. C. went fishing with nets in the downstream area of ​​the Thoa River, Tra Cau Ward. Unfortunately, Mr. C. drowned and went missing.

Upon receiving the report, the Tra Cau Ward Police, in coordination with the Fire and Rescue Team of Area 3 - Provincial Police, and local residents, launched a search for the victim.

At 12:15 PM on the same day, Mr. C.'s body was discovered approximately 70 meters from the shore. Authorities handed over the body to his family for burial. Local authorities also quickly formed a delegation to visit, offer condolences, and share in the family's grief.
