Former President Truong Tan Sang attended the Tet gift-giving ceremony for the Year of the Horse 2026 in 7 communes in the Duc Hoa area.

On the morning of December 13th, in Hau Nghia commune, Tay Ninh province, former President Truong Tan Sang, along with General Corporation 36, presented Tet gifts for the Year of the Horse 2026 to seven communes in the Duc Hoa area.

The program was attended by former President Truong Tan Sang; Colonel Nguyen Dang Thuan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of Corporation 36; and representatives of the leaders of communes in the Duc Hoa area including An Ninh, Hiep Hoa, Hau Nghia, Hoa Khanh, Duc Lap, My Hanh and Duc Hoa.

Accordingly, Corporation 36 donated Tet gifts to 7 communes, with 100 million VND for each commune. This funding contributes to helping localities take care of Tet for poor households, near-poor households, policy beneficiary families, and those with difficult circumstances, helping people celebrate the traditional Tet holiday in a warm and meaningful atmosphere.

Speaking at the event, former President Truong Tan Sang expressed his gratitude to Corporation 36 for its professional efforts and significant contributions to social welfare in many regions, including the people, soldiers, families of war heroes, policy beneficiaries, and the poor. He hoped that the seven communes in Duc Hoa district would build upon their achievements and continue to develop their homeland.

On behalf of the local leaders, Vice Chairman of Hau Nghia Commune People's Committee Truong Thi Ngoc Giau respectfully thanked former President Truong Tan Sang and Corporation 36 for their attention and support to the communes in the Duc Hoa area; affirming that the localities will soon deliver these meaningful gifts to the right recipients for the right purposes.
