At the ceremony, Mr. Le Van Khoa, Deputy Head of the Organization and Membership Development Board of the Vietnam Petroleum Association (DKVN), announced the Association's decision on the appointment of the leadership of the New Energy Magazine - PetroTimes. Accordingly, journalist Le Thi Hong Anh, Head of the Editorial Board, was appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Magazine, effective from the date of signing.

On behalf of the Association's leadership, the President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Association, Nguyen Quoc Thap, presented the decision and congratulated the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Le Thi Hong Anh. The President congratulated the New Energy - PetroTimes Magazine on having its first female Deputy Editor-in-Chief; and emphasized that strengthening the leadership structure of the New Energy - PetroTimes Magazine will help the magazine operate better, more stably, and improve its quality in the future.
Chairman of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Association, Nguyen Quoc Thap, expressed his hope that the Editorial Board, along with all staff, reporters, and editors of the Magazine, would unite, strive, overcome difficulties, constantly innovate, and improve the quality of all aspects of their work, fulfilling the purpose and principles of this important information and communication channel of the oil and gas industry, and living up to the trust of the Group's leadership and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Association.
In her acceptance speech, the new Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Le Thi Hong Anh, thanked the leaders of the Vietnam Association of Journalists and Journalists for their trust and confidence in appointing her to this new position. She stated that this is a joy and an honor, but also a great responsibility. Journalist Le Thi Hong Anh pledged to continuously strive and utilize her experience to work with the Editorial Board and the entire staff of reporters and employees of the Magazine to build and develop the Magazine in the future.
