The first social housing in Long Thanh Airport area costs more than 21.6 million VND/m²

(DN) - Dong Nai Province Department of Construction has just announced the selling price of social housing in the Residential Area Project according to the planning in Long Thanh commune.

According to the announced information, the project has an average apartment selling price of 4 blocks of more than 21.6 million VND/m²; in which, the highest selling price is block E at nearly 21.7 million VND/m²; the lowest selling price is block F at more than 20.9 million VND/m². This selling price includes value added tax, excluding maintenance costs, management and operation costs of the apartment building.

The social housing project of the planned residential area in Long Thanh commune is invested and constructed by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, with an area of ​​over 2.5 hectares, including 4 apartment blocks of 7 floors with 628 apartments. This is the first social housing project in Long Thanh commune as well as the surrounding area of ​​Long Thanh Airport to be built to meet the housing needs of workers, officials, civil servants, public employees, people and households whose land was recovered for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway but did not meet the conditions for resettlement.

According to plan, in December, the project will complete the roofing of 2 blocks, more than 300 apartments; the remaining 2 blocks will complete the roofing in the first quarter of 2026.

Currently, the investor is accepting home purchase applications until December 15, 2025.
