This selling price includes value added tax, excluding maintenance costs, management and operation costs of the apartment building.

The social housing project of the planned residential area in Long Thanh commune is invested and constructed by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, with an area of over 2.5 hectares, including 4 apartment blocks of 7 floors with 628 apartments. This is the first social housing project in Long Thanh commune as well as the surrounding area of Long Thanh Airport to be built to meet the housing needs of workers, officials, civil servants, public employees, people and households whose land was recovered for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway but did not meet the conditions for resettlement.
