The Cao Bang Provincial Social Protection Center currently has 96 orphans, children in especially difficult circumstances, abandoned children..., mainly Mong and Dao ethnic groups. Due to their starting point in remote areas, most of them are ethnic minorities, so their access to culture and life skills is still limited, and their annual learning and training results are still low. The project "Contribute letters - nurture dreams" was implemented by calling for and building bookcases for children at the Center, with the desire to help them have better learning conditions and develop their thinking and life skills. In particular, through the project, children have access to books and create reading habits, thereby improving their knowledge and expanding their understanding, enhancing self-study and self-discovery in different fields, contributing to the development and spread of reading culture.

Within the framework of the program, Vietnam Education Publishing House sponsored 72 sets of textbooks from grades 1 to 9 for students currently being cared for and educated at the Provincial Social Protection Center, contributing to ensuring that students in difficult circumstances have enough textbooks when entering the new school year 2025 - 2026. In addition, this unit also donated more than 1,000 children's books to the Provincial Social Protection Center and the Disabled Children's Education Facility (Provincial Continuing Education Center, Facility 3). The total value of the gifts this time is 35 million VND.

The Organizing Committee believes that through this meaningful activity, children in difficult and special circumstances will have resources to study, actively read books, develop reading habits, explore the world , and help them be steadfast and confident in their journey to adulthood.
