Many cultural events will take place at the 2nd Me Linh Flower Festival.

According to information from the People's Committee of Me Linh District ( Hanoi City), the 2nd Me Linh Flower Festival will be held from December 26-29, at the Me Linh District Administrative Center Square.

With the theme "Me Linh is brilliant with flowers", the 2024 Me Linh Flower Festival will include many exciting and meaningful activities such as: "Flower bicycle decoration contest from recycled materials"; painting contest; gluing and assembling "giant" flower paintings; English festival activities for students; Ao Dai performance with the theme "Me Linh is brilliant with flowers"; special art programs of industries, organizations and exciting performances by bands and street circus artists.

In particular, within the framework of the Flower Festival, the People's Committee of Me Linh district coordinated with the Hanoi City Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to organize the "Trade Promotion Fair linking tourism promotion and local culture in Me Linh district" with more than 100 booths displaying and introducing agricultural products, OCOP products, and craft village products of Hanoi and many localities across the country.

This is not only a simple cultural event but also an opportunity to honor the value of the flower growing craft village, contributing to promoting the beauty and tourism potential, aiming to build the Flower Festival into an annual event, a separate brand of Me Linh and Hanoi capital tourism.

The 2024 Me Linh Flower Festival is not only a unique cultural and tourism event, but also an opportunity to review the history and culture of Me Linh. The miniatures and models are designed based on traditional images, combined with modern lighting technology to create spaces that are both ancient and modern, giving visitors interesting experiences.

It is known that the Me Linh Flower Festival was first held 2 years ago (December 2022) and attracted more than one hundred thousand people and tourists from all over the country to visit, enjoy, and immerse themselves in the world of flowers.
