Specifically, tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year of the schools are as follows:

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology	The lowest level is 30 million VND/year, many majors are 80 million VND/year. Especially international transfer majors are up to 900 million VND/year. In 2024, tuition fees for transfer majors are from 532 to 799 million VND/year, this year it will increase by 28-101 million VND. Training programs with tuition fees of 30 million VND/year include: 40 standard majors, 15 talented majors, 8 high-quality Vietnamese-French engineering majors. Training programs with tuition fees of 60 million VND/year include: 1 Japanese transfer major (2 years later is 91 million VND), 2 Japanese-oriented majors. Programs with tuition fees of 80 million VND/year include: 1 advanced program major, 27 majors taught and studied in English, the first 2 years of the international transfer program (the next 2 years are 532-900 million VND). In 2025, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology will have 2 majors in the international engineering bachelor's degree program, with tuition fees of 256 million VND/year.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University	Tuition fees will increase by 1.5-2 million VND depending on the major compared to 2024. The majors of Biotechnology, Food Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture (expected), Information Technology, Computer Science , Management Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering (expected) have tuition fees of 28.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year. The majors of Accounting, Auditing, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Human Resource Management, Law, Economic Law, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Tourism, Insurance, Financial Technology, English Language, Japanese Language, Chinese Language, Korean Language have tuition fees of 27.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND. The tuition fees for Economics, Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, Southeast Asian Studies, and Psychology are 24 million VND/year, an increase of 2 million VND compared to last year. For the high-quality system, the majors of Biotechnology, English Language, Japanese Language, Chinese Language, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Economic Law, Accounting, Economics, Auditing, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business (expected) have tuition fees of 46.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year.
University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City	Tuition fees range from 16.6 million to 72.6 million/year, increasing by 2-6 million VND depending on the major and training program. Majors with tuition fees of 16.6 million VND/school year: Philosophy, Religious Studies, History, Geography, Information - Library, Archives, Russian Language, Italian Language, Spanish Language. Majors with tuition fees of 24.2 million VND/school year: Education, Linguistics, Literature, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Oriental Studies, Office Administration, Social Work, Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Urban Studies, Information Management, Vietnam Studies (for Vietnamese people), Art Studies, International Studies, French Language, German Language. Majors with tuition fees of 29.8 million VND/school year: International Relations, Psychology, Journalism, Multimedia Communications, English Language, Chinese Language, Japanese Studies, Korean Studies, Tourism and Travel Services Management, Korean Business and Commerce. The major with tuition fee of 72.6 million VND/academic year: Vietnamese Studies (for foreigners). Majors in the high-quality training program are 60 million VND/year: International Relations, Journalism, English Language, Chinese Language, Japanese Studies, German Language, Tourism and Travel Services Management.
Saigon University	Tuition fees have increased due to financial autonomy. Full-course tuition fees range from 73.79-193.429 million VND/course (equivalent to 18.4-48.3 million VND/year), depending on the major and training program. Specifically, tuition fees for Teacher Training: 73.79 million VND/course; Educational Management: 92.82 million VND/course. Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Law, International Business, Auditing, Restaurant and Food Service Management, Tourism: 120,666 million VND/course. Microcircuit design, Information technology, Software engineering, Environmental engineering technology, Electrical and electronic engineering technology, Telecommunications engineering technology, Electrical engineering, Telecommunications engineering: 150,445 million VND/course. Environmental Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, English Language: 129,948 million VND/course. Applied Mathematics, Psychology, Vietnamese Studies, International Studies: 116,025 million VND/course. Library information: 111,384 million VND/course. Geography, History: 78,897 million VND/course. Information technology (high quality program): 193,429 million VND/course. Accounting, Business Administration (high quality program): 143,871 million VND/course. University of Economics and Law	Vietnamese program: 31.5 million VND/year. English program: 65 million VND/year. Increase about 4 million VND/year compared to 2024.
Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City	Tuition fees increase by about 3 million VND/major/school year. Tuition fees range from 11.6 million VND to nearly 30 million VND/semester. Full-time university program (partial English), special training program: 19.8 million VND/semester. Tuition fee for the international dual degree program and international bachelor's program (degree awarded by a partner): Maximum total tuition fee: 236.5 million VND/Entire course (including English tuition, main program, soft skills, ...). Students study 8 semesters; average tuition fee is about 29.5 million VND/semester.
University of Finance - Marketing	Tuition fees range from VND 845,000 to VND 1,753,000 million per credit, depending on the training program, an increase of about VND 40,000 per credit. Standard program: 895,000 VND/credit. Special program: 1,045,000 VND/credit. Integrated and talented program: 1,343,000 VND/credit. Integrated program (Open Auditing major in 2025): VND 1,284,000/credit. Full English program: 1,753,000 VND/credit.
