(NLDO) - Immediately after the Ministry of Education and Training announced the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, universities also simultaneously announced the minimum admission scores.

Nguyen Tat Thanh University

The minimum score for the health sector of Nguyen Tat Thanh University this year is not much different from that of 2024.

Specifically, according to the admission method using high school graduation exam scores, the minimum score for medicine and dentistry is 22 points and 23 points according to the admission method using high school transcripts, the admission method using the National University of Ho Chi Minh City's National University exam scores is from 600-650 points and Hanoi National University's is from 75-85 points.

Majors such as preventive medicine, nursing, medical testing technology, and rehabilitation technology have a minimum score of 19 points for admission based on high school graduation exam scores and transcripts, 550 points for admission based on National University of Ho Chi Minh City's National University Entrance Exam scores, and 70 points for National University of Hanoi's National University Entrance Exam scores.

The two majors of law and economic law have a minimum score of 18 points for admission based on high school graduation exam scores and 18.5 points for admission based on academic records. The remaining majors have a minimum score of 15 points.

Candidates register for admission at Nguyen Tat Thanh University

Hoa Sen University

Hoa Sen University announced the floor scores for 31 regular training majors.

Floor score according to the admission method of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam results: Candidates use their high school graduation exam scores to register for admission to the school's majors, the threshold to ensure input quality is from 15-17 points.

The minimum score based on the admission method of high school transcript results is from 18 points or more with 3 forms of score consideration (admission based on the transcript results of 3 high school semesters, admission based on the transcript results of high school according to a combination of 3 subjects, admission based on the transcript results of 6 high school semesters)

The minimum score according to the entrance exam method of VNU-HCM is from 600 points and VNU-Hanoi is from 67 points.

The minimum score for admission is based on an interview with the Industry Council and the direct admission method as prescribed by Hoa Sen University, from 18 points or higher.

University of Finance and Marketing

This year, the University of Finance and Marketing set the floor score at 15 based on the high school graduation exam scores, a decrease of 1-4 points compared to last year.

This is the total score of 3 subjects in the admission combination from the 2025 high school exam with the condition that no subject is below 1.0 points. Particularly for the economic law major, the additional requirement is that the math score must be 6.0 points or higher.

This is the lowest floor score of the school in the past 3 years. From 2022 to now, the school's floor score has always fluctuated from 16-19 points.

This year, the school enrolls students using 6 methods including: direct admission, priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; considering students with good academic results; considering transcripts; considering V-SAT exam scores; considering the results of the capacity assessment test of Ho Chi Minh City National University; considering the 2025 high school graduation exam scores.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade

The minimum score for admission based on high school graduation exam results is 16 points (without coefficient, without adding priority points).

With the admission method using the National University of Ho Chi Minh City's National High School Exam, the school accepts applications with scores from 600 points. Particularly for the law group, the threshold to ensure input quality is a minimum total score of 720 points, a minimum Vietnamese score of 180 points, and a minimum math score of 180 points.

A notable new point is that this year the school has expanded the admission combination for block C (C00, C01, C02, C03, C14) for 27/37 majors, creating more favorable conditions for candidates to study social subjects.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade offers a 50% scholarship for the first semester tuition for candidates admitted to some majors such as thermal engineering, materials technology, food processing science, textile technology, sewing, etc.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance

The minimum score for admission based on high school graduation exam results will decrease by 1-4 points compared to 2024, depending on the training major. Specifically, the minimum score for receiving applications for all 41 majors is 15 points.

With the method of considering grade 12 transcripts according to a combination of 3 subjects and considering the average score of the entire grade 12 transcript, the score for receiving application documents is 18.

The school has a score of 600 points for admission by the National High School Exam and 225 points or more for the V-SAT exam.
