According to the Hanoi Electricity Corporation, from May 17, the city has switched to energy-saving lighting mode. In parks and flower gardens, only half of the lights will be operated and all will be turned off after 11 p.m. For streets, alleys and suburban areas, the lights will be cut by 1/3 and after 11 p.m., another 1/3 will be cut.
