These are the prohibited behaviors in the Law on Digital Transformation, which was passed by the National Assembly on December 11, 2025.
To ensure a safe, transparent, and healthy competitive digital environment, Article 4 of the Law on Digital Transformation clearly stipulates the prohibited behaviors in digital transformation, ranging from unauthorized interference with systems, illegal data collection and exploitation, to abuse of power or profiteering on digital platforms. This is an important foundation for building digital trust and protecting the rights of citizens, businesses, and state agencies.
