Ninh Binh made a quick comeback and won spectacularly PVF-CAND: Hoang Duc is very good again

In the clash between two V-League rookie teams, Ninh Binh Club created a spectacular comeback to defeat PVF-CAND with a score of 3-1.

On the evening of October 25, PVF-CAND Club welcomed Ninh Binh Club in the match of round 8 of V-League 2025 - 2026. The surprise happened right in the early stages of the match, when the underdog team, PVF-CAND, scored an early lead. However, Ninh Binh Club created a comeback in the first half.

In the 9th minute, from a central attack, Xuan Bac passed the ball to Thanh Nhan who shot dangerously into the bottom corner of the goal, defeating goalkeeper Dang Van Lam and opening the score of the match.

In the 30th minute, the match was brought back to balance. Bao Toan dribbled on the left wing, passed a PVF-CAND defender before rushing straight into the penalty area and fired a tricky shot, equalizing 1-1 for Ninh Binh Club. Just 5 minutes later, the score was 2-1 for Ninh Binh team. Starting from a cross from the right wing by Vietnamese-American player Tran Thanh Trung, Daniel Da Silva appeared in time and shot close to the goal, leaving the PVF-CAND goalkeeper helpless.

In the second half, PVF-CAND tried to push up their formation to find an equalizer. After a quick attack by PVF-CAND in the 51st minute, Amarildo scored against Ninh Binh Club. However, after a few minutes of consulting VAR, the referee determined that the home team player was offside, so the goal was not recognized.

In the 86th minute, Nguyen Hoang Duc scored a beautiful long-range goal, helping to widen the score to 3-1 for Ninh Binh Club. This was also the final score of the match.
