Excited for the big day

These days, localities in the province are bright with flags, flowers, banners and slogans to welcome the Provincial Party Congress (expected to be held at the end of September 2025) and the 14th National Party Congress. At the same time, many meaningful emulation movements in various fields and practical projects have been implemented, creating an exciting and joyful atmosphere to welcome the event of great significance to the province and the country, which is a broad political activity in the entire Party, people and army.

In the field of infrastructure development, many key projects were started, inaugurated, and broke ground, speeding up construction progress to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the Provincial Party Congress. Specifically: starting the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway Expansion Project; starting the Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway; starting the Tri An Hydropower Plant Expansion Project; starting the Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway Investment and Construction Project (phase 1); inaugurating the first section of Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City; breaking ground for the Ma Da Bridge construction...

Dong Nai has also launched a 140-day emulation campaign to complete the technical opening of two key traffic projects: Component 1, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project and Component 3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project. Provincial leaders require that, with the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain", departments, branches, localities, investors, contractors, design consultants, supervision consultants, etc. must all act with the spirit of "only discussing work, not backtracking", "not enough work during the day, working at night", "eating quickly, sleeping urgently". The completion deadline is set before December 19, 2025.

Not only on key construction projects, the emulation movement to welcome the Provincial Party Congress took place widely in agencies, units, enterprises and localities. Since the beginning of 2025, Dong Nai Trade Unions at all levels have launched the Emulation Movement for good, creative, safe and effective workers from the province to the grassroots level. Accordingly, each grassroots Trade Union registered at least one project, part of work, and practical initiative in its activities, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate and respond. Communes and wards also promoted administrative reform activities; simultaneously launched environmental sanitation, urban beautification, organized cultural and sports activities, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere throughout the province.

In order for the emulation movements towards the Provincial Party Congress to truly go into depth, the emulation movements need to be practical, meaningful, linked to the political tasks and practical needs of the people and businesses. Each project and emulation work must be a specific product with sustainable value, not just a movement. At the same time, the timely summarization, conclusion, and commendation of typical and advanced collectives and individuals will create a strong spreading momentum, creating a vibrant, comprehensive, and practical emulation atmosphere to welcome the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress. Thereby, demonstrating the belief in the Party's leadership, the will to unite, unanimity as well as the aspiration to build a rich, beautiful, and civilized homeland in the new term.
