Nui Thanh rectifies the situation of cadres, civil servants and public employees providing administrative procedure services

Through monitoring and feedback from the people, there is currently a situation where civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies under the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district and the People's Committees of communes and towns participate in providing services to carry out administrative procedures, especially in the field of land, negatively affecting the image and reputation of civil servants, public employees, and workers; affecting the process of handling administrative procedures according to regulations of state agencies, causing frustration among the people.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district requested the heads of specialized departments and public service units under the People's Committee of the district; the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and towns to thoroughly inform all civil servants, public employees and workers not to participate in providing services to carry out administrative procedures.

Timely rectify cases of civil servants, public employees and workers under their management and use who participate in providing services to carry out administrative procedures (if any). Report to the District People's Committee cases of civil servants, public employees and workers who have been reminded and rectify but still participate in providing services to carry out administrative procedures in order to have handling measures.
