Mr. Bui Dong Thuan, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee, was appointed to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee.

The conference implemented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the termination of the concurrent position of Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee under the Provincial People's Committee Office for Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Kieu Trung Tinh; at the same time, announced the decision to appoint Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Bui Dong Thuan to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee under the Provincial People's Committee Office.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Bui Dong Thuan thanked the provincial leaders for their trust in him and assigned him to concurrently hold the position of Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee; at the same time, he promised to work with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to operate the work of receiving and handling petitions in accordance with legal regulations, so that the province's citizen reception work will become increasingly professional, friendly and effective.

Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Bui Dong Thuan hopes to continue receiving close attention and direction from the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; close coordination from departments, branches, localities and support from the Provincial People's Committee Office so that the common task can be completed most effectively.

Speaking at the conference, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Le Van Ngoi congratulated comrade Kieu Trung Tinh on completing his duties at the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and congratulated comrade Bui Dong Thuan on his new assignment.

Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office Le Van Ngoi believes and hopes that comrade Bui Dong Thuan will promote his experience and professional capacity together with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
