Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam re-elected as Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam continues to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2025-2030, with a 100% vote rate.

On the morning of October 2, the 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, entered the 3rd working day with many important contents and held the closing session.

Opening the working session, Ms. Truong Thanh Huyen, Head of the Organizing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, announced the results of the first conference on the election of the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the new term.

The Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee consists of 55 members, the Standing Committee consists of 15 members.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam was re-elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2025-2030, with 100% of the votes.

Mr. Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was re-elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Duong Tat Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has 3 Vice Chairmen and 9 members.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam was born in 1972, from Thai Nguyen . He is a Master of Engineering, Bridge and Tunnel Construction Engineer.

Mr. Lam has held positions such as: Director of the Department of Road Construction Management, General Department of Roads; Deputy Director and then Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Director of the Department of Construction Management and Quality of Transport Works, Ministry of Transport ; Deputy Minister of Transport.

In March 2025, Mr. Lam was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.

The 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee took place from September 30 to October 2 with the participation of 400 official delegates.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress determined the theme: "Building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of solidarity, cultural values, people and high-quality human resources of Ha Tinh; innovation, comprehensive, fast and sustainable development".

The Congress has the task of summarizing the results of the 2020-2025 term, setting out directions and goals for the 2025-2030 term. With high determination and aspiration for development, Ha Tinh aims to build a rich, beautiful, civilized province, moving forward with the whole country in the era of integration, development and prosperity.
