Commentary on "1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Bac Hoang Hoa industrial park"

On the morning of February 17, the Thanh Hoa Union of Science and Technology Associations (abbreviated as the Union) organized a scientific workshop to review the "1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Park, Hoang Hoa District, Thanh Hoa Province".

Overview of the workshop

Based on the Draft Planning and related documents sent to the Association by the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Thanh Hoa Province's industrial parks; opinions of the members of the Review Council and experts, the Association has developed a research report (for the purpose of introduction) to serve the review workshop "Construction zoning plan at a scale of 1/2000 for Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Park, Hoang Hoa District, Thanh Hoa Province".

In general, the Planning project was carefully researched and built; the name and content of the planning were presented clearly and coherently; the scope, boundaries, scale and objectives closely followed Decision No. 488/QD-UBND dated January 26, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on approving the tasks, survey estimates, and planning of construction subdivisions at a scale of 1/2000 for Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Park, Hoang Hoa District and maximally absorbed comments from relevant departments and branches.

At the conference, the delegates basically agreed with the Planning project, and at the same time believed that it was necessary to study, amend and supplement some contents such as the scope and scale of planning because the current trend is to pay attention to investing in building industrial parks in which production and service activities are oriented towards applying high technology, smart, and green production. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to solving the problems raised in the planning, which is to determine the specific production technology and specific products that will be created in the industrial park, thereby serving as a basis for building a detailed 1/500 plan.

The comments and assessments of the members of the Scientific Review Council and expert groups are the basis for the unit to develop a project to edit, supplement the layout, and perfect the content to ensure scientificity and suitability to practical conditions, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
