Speaking at the conference, the representative of the Party Committee of Tam An commune emphasized: Implementing Directive No. 20-CT/TW dated January 18, 2018 of the Central Party Secretariat "on continuing to strengthen and improve the quality of research, compilation, propaganda and education of Party history", with the consensus of the Standing Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee, from 2018, the Party Committee of Tam An commune coordinated with the Party Committee of Tam Dan commune to continue to research, compile and publish the book on Party history for the period 1975-2015.

After more than 5 years of research and compilation, with many seminars, receiving valuable and enthusiastic contributions from witnesses who were former leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and agricultural cooperatives in Tam An commune through the periods after 1975; especially the instructions of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, leaders of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, up to now, the book History of the Tam An Commune Party Committee (1975-2015) has been published on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the separation of Tam An commune into two communes, Tam An and Tam Dan (August 29, 1994 - August 29, 2024).

Comrade Phan Thi Ngoc Lan - Secretary of Tam An Commune Party Committee presented books to former leaders of Tam An Commune through the periods.

The book consists of 5 chapters, comprehensively reflecting the vivid picture of Tam An commune during the 40 years after the liberation of the homeland (1975-2015), clarifying the leadership and direction role of the Party Committee and the achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Tam An commune have achieved in the process of carrying out the task of building and defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, thereby drawing lessons to serve the leadership and direction of the Party Committee in the next stages; at the same time, contributing to educating and promoting the patriotic and revolutionary tradition for cadres, party members, people of all walks of life, especially the young generation in the cause of building and developing a prosperous and happy homeland and country.

It is known that previously, in 2015, the Tam An Commune Party Committee coordinated with the Tam Dan Commune Party Committee to compile, publish and distribute the book "History of the revolutionary struggle of Tam An Commune (1930-1975)".
