Approval of the position of Vice Chairman of Binh Duong province for Mr. Bui Minh Thanh

On December 27, information from the People's Committee of Binh Duong province said that Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 1658 of the Prime Minister approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Ben Cat City Party Committee. The decision takes effect from December 26.

Previously in mid-December, the People's Council of Binh Duong province, term X, 2021 - 2026, opened the 19th session (regular year-end session).

At this session, delegates carried out the process of introducing and voting to elect Mr. Bui Minh Thanh, Secretary of the Ben Cat City Party Committee, to the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province. The result: with 61/62 votes in favor, reaching 91.04%, Mr. Bui Minh Thanh was elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, term X, 2021 - 2026.

Mr. Bui Minh Thanh was born in 1971, his hometown is Binh Duong province. He has a bachelor's degree in Party building - State administration. Mr. Thanh is considered an experienced cadre, having held many management positions from ward to district and provincial levels.

Before being elected Vice Chairman of the province, Mr. Thanh held the positions of Secretary of Phu Hoa Ward (Thu Dau Mot City); Vice Chairman and then Permanent Deputy Secretary of Thu Dau Mot City Party Committee; Chief of Office of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of Ben Cat City Party Committee.
