On the afternoon of August 4, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province Tran Thi Thanh Huong worked with Thanh Dong and Tan Hoi communes on preparations for the organization of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; visited and encouraged officials and civil servants working at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and commune unions, and the Commune Public Administration Service Center.

At the meeting, leaders of Thanh Dong and Tan Hoi communes reported on the progress of preparations for the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the work of drafting documents, personnel, and organizing the collection of public opinions among cadres, party members, and people. Up to now, the basic preparations have been ensured to be in accordance with the prescribed instructions, procedures, and time.

Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong highly appreciated the initiative and sense of responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the two communes in preparing for the congress. At the same time, she noted that the two localities continue to closely follow the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, promote the collective role, maintain the principle of democratic centralism and objectivity in personnel selection. The two communes should study and determine specific goals and development orientations for the next 5 years that must be clear, specific, close to the actual situation, and promote the potentials and advantages of the localities.

Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and commune organizations need to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, stay close to the grassroots, take better care of the material and spiritual life of the people; promote the strength of great national unity, especially in propagating and mobilizing people to participate in building new rural areas and developing the local socio -economy.

Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong noted that the Party Secretaries of the two communes need to pay attention to the personnel work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations; select and assign suitable cadres with professional qualifications to meet the requirements of political tasks.

On this occasion, comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong visited and encouraged the staff and civil servants working at the Thanh Dong Commune Public Administration Service Center.
