On July 17, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province Tran Thi Thanh Huong worked with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee.

At the working session, Deputy Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Tran Thi Thanh Huong listened to a report on the activities of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department after the merger, facilities, organizational structure, task assignment, etc.

Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Huong hopes that the arrangement of the organization and tasks of the new Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department after the merger will promote the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has a new headquarters and staff, creating new motivation and momentum for the work. The Department needs to transfer and hand over professional work, staff list, and facilities from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee (old) to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee (new) to ensure continuity and responsibility.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee will continue to pay attention, connect and closely coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province in areas such as propaganda, grasping public opinion and ideology, political theory education...; at the same time, he hopes that the propaganda and mass mobilization work of the province will become more and more substantive, inherit and promote more effectively, meet the requirements of the new stage, and contribute to the overall development of the province.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department currently has 7 affiliated departments, including: Department of Political Theory and Party History; Department of Propaganda, Press - Publishing; Department of Science, Culture - Arts; Department of Information - Synthesis; Department of Mass Organizations and Associations; Department of Mass Mobilization of State Agencies, Ethnicities and Religions; Office. The total staff of the department currently has 55 employees and 5 labor contracts.
