The groundbreaking ceremony was held in both in-person and online formats, with the central point at Vinh Gia Primary - Secondary Boarding School (Provincial Road 958, Giong Cat Hamlet, Vinh Gia Commune), inviting Party and State leaders to attend.

From 8:30 am, the groundbreaking ceremony will take place separately at each bridge. From 9:00 am to 10:30 am, connect to the official program broadcast on VTV.

Representatives of the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province reported on preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony.

Vinh Gia Primary - Secondary Boarding School has a project land area of 4.29 hectares, investment scale of 45 classes, 1,500 students, boarding about 600 students. Total estimated investment is more than 186 billion VND.

Giang Thanh Primary - Secondary Boarding School has a project land area of 4.2 hectares (planning for an additional 1 hectare), investment scale of 30 classes, 1,000 students, boarding about 430 students. Total estimated investment is 187.5 billion VND.

Khanh An Primary and Secondary Boarding School has a project land area of about ^910m2 with new construction, 45 classes, 1,500 students, and about 96 boarding students. The total estimated investment is nearly 15 billion VND.
