The conference aims to supplement and enhance legal knowledge in the performance of duties for the team of officials and civil servants.

Attending the event were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh and representatives from the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, and other relevant departments and agencies.

Currently, the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, and their guiding decrees and circulars have been promulgated and came into effect on August 1, 2024.

At the conference, delegates heard representatives from the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management present and disseminate the new and key contents of the Housing Law, the Real Estate Business Law, and related documents.

Accordingly, the Law on Real Estate Business has several new and notable points, such as: regulations on the types of real estate and real estate projects that can be put into business; conditions for organizations and individuals involved in real estate business; and state management of real estate business…

The conference also disseminated several government decrees detailing certain provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business; the construction and management of information systems and databases on housing and the real estate market; and a circular from the Ministry of Construction guiding the framework program for training and professional development in real estate brokerage and real estate exchange management.

Regarding the Housing Law, the conference disseminated the contents of the Government Decree detailing some provisions of the Housing Law; renovation and reconstruction of apartment buildings; the Housing Law on the development and management of social housing; and the Ministry of Construction's circular detailing some provisions of the Housing Law…

According to the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, the Housing Law and the Real Estate Business Law, now in effect, provide the basis for provinces and centrally-administered cities to issue decisions within their jurisdiction, thereby perfecting legal documents to ensure the early implementation of newly enacted laws.

The conference aims to supplement and enhance legal knowledge in the performance of duties for officials and employees of departments and agencies in the fields of construction, housing development, and the real estate market; thereby contributing to building a healthy and sustainable real estate market in the locality.
