Phu Tho participates in promoting tourism at the International Tourism Fair ITE Ho Chi Minh City

On September 4, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) - 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, the opening ceremony of the 19th Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair 2025 took place. The fair was organized in a direct and online format on a 2D platform, with an online appointment booking system between international buyers and exhibitors.

The 19th Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair 2025 (ITE HCMC Fair 2025) with the theme "Sustainable tourism, vivid experiences" is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

The fair has the participation of more than 500 booths from the Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotion Center, local tourism associations, travel companies, travel agents, accommodation establishments, airlines, transport units and international buyers from countries and territories. This is the largest and most prestigious annual international tourism trade event in Vietnam.

The fair is an opportunity for businesses to connect, cooperate and expand the market share of international tourists to Vietnam; where international buyers, businesses, experts and media units in the tourism industry have the opportunity to meet, trade and update the latest development trends.

Phu Tho province participated in promoting and promoting tourism at ITE-HCMC Fair with a separate space to display and introduce tourism and culture of the Ancestral Land clearly. At the exhibition booth, Phu Tho focused on promoting tourism products, typical tours, typical local destinations, especially introducing the culture and people of the Ancestral Land through a system of bilingual English-Vietnamese leaflets, standees, and videos.

Tourism promotion has focused on supporting information, exchanging and linking with tourism partners to promote cultural tours to the source such as: Hung Temple night tour; traditional cultural ritual experience tour; discovery tour, attractive and interesting community eco-tourism experience; introducing community cultural tourism destinations in the province such as: Tam Dao National Tourist Area, Xuan Son National Park, Hung Lo Ancient Village, Hoa Binh Lake Tourist Area, Lac Village...

At the same time, Phu Tho introduced and promoted a number of traditional craft products, local products and unique cuisine for tourists to learn about. On the first day of the Fair, the Phu Tho province booth attracted many tourism promotion units, domestic travel agencies, and the public to visit and learn about the tour to experience the culture of the Ancestral Land.

In addition to displaying, introducing, and providing cultural and tourism information at the booth, Phu Tho also actively participates in important events within the framework of the Fair to connect with domestic tourism promotion units, such as participating in: Opening Ceremony - Vietnam Night, ITE HCMC and TPO High-level Tourism Forum, Working Program between international buyers and exhibition units. A series of seminars, discussions on tourism topics and introduction of tourist destinations, ITE HCMC 2025 thank you ceremony.

Through the activities at the Fair, we aim to promote, advertise and introduce the strengths of tourism and unique tourism products of Phu Tho to key domestic markets, especially the Ho Chi Minh City tourism market. Participation in the Fair has affirmed the inevitable trend in the work of linking, promoting and advertising tourism of localities in general and Phu Tho province in particular.

This is an opportunity to demonstrate dynamism and sensitivity in information promotion work during the integration period, thereby creating momentum and contributing to positioning Phu Tho tourism brand in the general development of the tourism industry nationwide.

The fair takes place from August 25 to September 15.
