The 1st Congress of the Hoi Thinh Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030

On October 26, the Hoi Thinh Commune Trade Union held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, Hoi Thinh Commune and 120 delegates representing more than 2,000 union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in the communes of Hoi Thinh, Hoang An and Tam Duong Bac.

The Hoi Thinh Commune Trade Union is tasked with managing and developing union membership and establishing grassroots trade unions in the communes of Hoi Thinh, Hoang An, and Tam Duong Bac. Since its establishment, the labor movement and trade union activities of the Hoi Thinh Commune Trade Union have achieved many positive results. The workforce, officials, and union members have strived to overcome difficulties and successfully achieve the set goals and tasks.

With the spirit of "Unity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development," the Congress set forth specific goals, targets, tasks, and solutions to innovate the content and methods of operation in a substantive, flexible, creative, and effective manner, applying digital transformation. It aims to effectively fulfill the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; to promote the role of a reliable support for workers; to build a strong trade union organization with a team of capable, reputable, and competent officials; to actively participate in building a clean and strong Party and government; and to contribute to making Hoi Thinh a prosperous, beautiful, and civilized society.

At the Congress, delegates discussed and contributed heartfelt opinions to the political report with the aim of building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
