Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of Kim Lien Ward People's Council Hoang Thi Phuong Ngoc said: In recent times, under the leadership of the Party Committee, government and consensus of the people, Kim Lien Ward has quickly completed the organizational apparatus and stabilized the operation of the political system.
The ward Party Committee currently has 133 grassroots Party organizations with more than 8,300 Party members. The government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have also gradually become more organized, continuing to promote efficiency in serving the people and carrying out socio -economic development tasks.
Emphasizing that grassroots cadres play an important role in building and developing the community and improving people's lives, contributing significantly to the implementation of the Party and State's policies, comrade Hoang Thi Phuong Ngoc expressed her trust and hope that grassroots cadres will continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, initiative and creativity in their work; continue to promote the core leadership role of the Party cell, maintain internal solidarity, unite forces at the grassroots level to organize well the activities of residential areas. At the same time, strengthen mass mobilization work, listen, share and promptly resolve the people's legitimate recommendations and aspirations, creating consensus among the entire population...
The conference introduced the Ward Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee, the Leadership Board of the People's Committee, the People's Council, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, the Military Command, and the Ward Police Command.
Next, the leaders of the Ward People's Committee deployed a number of key tasks in July; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward reported on the organizational model and activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward after the merger.
At the conference, delegates who were Party cell secretaries and neighborhood group leaders also contributed ideas to help the ward quickly stabilize its organization and develop strongly.
Closing the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Lien Ward Le Kim Hue emphasized: In the process of organizing and operating the new government apparatus, the leaders of Kim Lien Ward always clearly define their roles and responsibilities and constantly strive to fulfill the assigned tasks. However, in practice, there will be difficulties and obstacles, requiring the joint efforts, consensus and high determination of the entire political system and all the people.
“In the coming time, we hope to continue to receive the attention, close coordination and active support of the Party cell secretaries, heads of residential groups, and those who play important roles in the political system at the grassroots level. With their extensive experience, dedication and high sense of responsibility, you are a solid bridge between the government and the people, and a core force contributing to the effective implementation of policies and strategies in residential areas,” said the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Kim Lien Ward.
Also at the conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kim Lien Ward launched a campaign to support the "Repaying gratitude" Fund, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). The peak time for receiving support is from July 1 to 27, 2025.
Immediately afterwards, businesses, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the ward participated in supporting the "Repaying gratitude" Fund.
