The Military Ceremonial Group (General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army), formerly the Liberation Army Music Department, has the central political task of serving the ceremonies of the Party, State and Army.

In 2024, the Army's Ceremonial Delegation carried out many important political tasks and events of the country and the Army such as: Vietnam - China border defense friendship exchange, Vietnam - Laos border defense friendship exchange, commemorating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, Vietnam International Defense Exhibition 2024, welcoming ceremony for leaders of countries visiting Vietnam...

This year, the Military Ceremonial Corps continues to be assigned to the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Before the parade of armed forces and the masses, the Military Ceremonial Corps will have an artistic formation with the theme "The Country is Full of Joy" with more than 100 artists and soldiers performing.

Amidst the bustling music of songs such as Marching to Saigon, Spring in Ho Chi Minh City, Beautiful Saigon, The Country is Full of Joy..., artists and soldiers created images of April 30, tanks, and doves - symbols of the 50th anniversary of national reunification.

The Military Honor Guard's formation performance will last about 10 minutes before the parade.
