Pay attention to salary policy for employees at the enterprise

From the perspective of a person directly involved in production, I completely agree with the major policies and orientations in the Draft Political Report submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party on economic development associated with ensuring social security.

The issue that I and many other workers are concerned about now is increasing income. This is a direct measure of quality of life and social justice.

Therefore, we hope that the Party and the State will have a flexible mechanism to promptly adjust the regional minimum wage in accordance with the economic growth rate, labor productivity and actual living standards in each locality; ensuring that workers can cover their living expenses, regenerate their labor force and accumulate, thereby motivating them to improve their skills, stay with businesses for a long time and promote domestic consumption, stimulating the economy.

At the same time, there should be strict measures to control inflation and stabilize prices of essential goods. If income increases but prices also increase correspondingly, the meaning of salary increase will no longer be much.

I believe that the legitimate recommendations from the practical life of workers will be listened to, absorbed and concretized in the decisions of the 14th National Congress of the Party, contributing to building a prosperous and happy country.
