The National Assembly discusses draft laws presented in the plenary session in committee meetings.

On the morning of November 22nd, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance , acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended). The Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee presented the report on the review of the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended).

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, presented the Submission on the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended). The Chairman of the National Assembly 's Finance and Budget Committee presented the Verification Report on the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended).

Subsequently, the National Assembly held group discussions on: the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); and the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended).

On the afternoon of November 22nd, the Minister of Science and Technology, acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, presented the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the report on the review of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations. Following this, delegates discussed in groups the following: the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; and the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils.

Earlier, on November 21st, the National Assembly discussed in the plenary session the draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on land use rights or existing land use rights. That same afternoon, the National Assembly passed the Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Pharmaceuticals with a high percentage of votes in favor; the National Assembly also discussed the establishment of Hue City as a centrally-administered city and the draft Resolution on the organization of urban government in Hai Phong City.
