On the morning of November 22, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended). The Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee presented the Report on the examination of the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended).

Then, the National Assembly discussed in groups: Draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); Draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended).

On the afternoon of November 22, the Minister of Science and Technology, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Proposal on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Report on the examination of the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations. Then the delegates discussed in groups: the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils.

Previously, on November 21, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights. In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly passed the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Pharmacy with a high approval rate; the National Assembly discussed the establishment of Hue City under the Central Government and the draft Resolution on the organization of urban government in Hai Phong City.
