Proposing that Hanoi urgently complete the draft, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha also requested that famous and prestigious planning consulting organizations and leading experts be selected to determine the vision, goals and development motivation of the capital in the future on par with the capitals of developed countries in the region and the world.
