Da Kai People's Credit Fund announces changes in charter capital and business activities

Pursuant to Decision No. 203/QD-KV10 dated May 21, 2025 of the State Bank, Branch Region 10.

Da Kai People's Credit Fund respectfully announces the charter capital and activities as follows:

1. Charter capital:

Charter capital as of December 31, 2024: VND 2,169,700,000 (In words: Two billion one hundred sixty-nine million seven hundred thousand dong).

2. Activity content:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the cooperative bank.

Agent providing payment services for cooperative banks for members and customers of Da Kai People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in contributing capital to cooperative banks.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, commercial bank, cooperative bank.

- Deposit money at cooperative bank.
