Specifically: shorten the time to handle some administrative procedures in the field of business registration from 3 working days to 2 working days, including: issuing and changing the Business Registration Certificate or Business Registration and Tax Registration Certificate to the Business Registration Certificate; dissolving the enterprise, dissolving in case the Business Registration Certificate is revoked or according to the Court's decision; correcting business registration information, correcting information on the Certificate of change of business registration content, Certificate of registration of branch and representative office activities, Certificate of registration of business location and information on business registration stored in the National Database on Business Registration.

Procedures for terminating the Commitment to implement social and environmental goals; converting an enterprise into a social enterprise; notifying changes in the content of the Commitment to implement social and environmental goals of a social enterprise; notifying a company merger in the event that after the merger, the acquiring company does not change the business registration content; requesting to stop performing business registration procedures; requesting that an enterprise, branch, representative office, or business location with a name that infringes on industrial property rights change its business name will also have its processing time shortened from 3 working days to 2 working days.

For administrative procedures other than the above procedures, the time for processing dossiers is implemented according to the provisions of Decision No. 0487/QD-UBND dated July 17, 2025 of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province on promulgating the list of administrative procedures amended, supplemented and abolished in the field of establishment and operation of enterprises under the jurisdiction of the Department of Finance.
