According to the decisions, Samaritan's Purse Organization urgently provided 3 localities with a total of more than 3,000 gifts including essential supplies, food and drinking water.
In Ha Tinh , 1,500 households affected by storm No. 10 will receive packages of household and kitchen supplies, personal hygiene packages, and food packages (blankets, mosquito nets, pots, pans, rice, cooking oil, milk, fish sauce, seasoning powder, etc.).
In Tuyen Quang , 800 households received similar support, including 100% new essential food and household items purchased domestically.
In Lang Son, the aid was distributed to two localities, Huu Lung commune and That Khe town, including 4,000 boxes of instant noodles (30 packs/box), 4,000 boxes of Lavie water (500ml x 24 bottles/box) and 4,000 boxes of sausages (30 pieces/box), all of which are 100% new and unused. The People's Committee of Lang Son province is responsible for receiving and allocating the goods to the right recipients, ensuring publicity and transparency, and reporting the results to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before December 30, 2025.
This international support demonstrates the spirit of humanitarian cooperation and sharing of the international community with the Vietnamese people in responding to and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, contributing to helping localities soon stabilize their lives and restore production after storms and floods.

Previously, on September 11, 2025, the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control in collaboration with Samaritan's Purse completed the delivery of relief goods to 400 households in Thien Cam commune, Ha Tinh province - which suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 5 and prolonged floods. The relief packages included: household and kitchen utensils, personal hygiene items and essential foods, all of which were purchased domestically to promptly meet the needs of the people.
From September 9-13, 2025, the relief program continued to be implemented in Thanh Hoa province, supporting an additional 900 households in Yen Nhan and Bat Mot communes.
