Expanding the market FPT Smart Cloud General Director Le Hong Viet said: "Currently, FPT has more than 200 Make in VietNam products, which are being provided not only in Vietnam but also in many places around the world. FPT Smart Cloud alone has 2 products that have won the Make in VietNam award in 2 core technology areas: the 2022 Gold award for the FPT Smart Cloud platform and the 2020 award for the FPT.AI digital platform". “Through the spread of the Make in VietNam award, products of Vietnamese technology enterprises have been recognized and highly appreciated by customers and users, especially when there is assessment and sponsorship from the Ministry of Information and Communications. When it comes to information technology (IT) products, many people often think of foreign products. Currently, many customers have begun to think of Vietnamese digital products with differences and understanding of local culture that will help compete in the domestic market as well as abroad. We see that the Make in VietNam brand in the IT industry has an increasingly large influence on state agencies, businesses and society,” said Mr. Le Hong Viet. Regarding the development of products after winning the Make in VietNam award, Mr. Le Hong Viet said that FPT Smart Cloud is witnessing double growth (200%) in terms of revenue and number of users each year. In addition, FPT Smart Cloud products and services are constantly upgraded and new features are developed. In particular, the number of products developed on the FPT.AI platform has increased from 10 to 20 products, contributing to the application of artificial intelligence in different fields, from customer experience to improving labor productivity. “More importantly, the customer base has grown to thousands. In 2022 and 2023, we will also strive to expand to the international market. To date, about 15 countries have customers using our products and solutions, such as Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East,” Mr. Le Hong Viet added. Similarly, for MISA , according to Permanent Deputy General Director Le Hong Quang, the award has brought many benefits to the business. Specifically, by the end of 2023, the MISA AMIS unified enterprise management platform is expected to grow 5 times compared to the first time it won the award in 2021. MISA AMIS currently has about 60,000 businesses using it. Along with that, MISA FinGov achieved a growth of about 20% in the first 6 months of this year. "In particular, we have initially brought the Make in Vietnam software to provide in foreign markets, achieving a revenue of about 2 million USD," said Mr. Le Hong Quang. Mr. Tran Quang Cuong, CEO of NextVision, a unit that received the Make in VietNam award, said that the unit has received many benefits such as participating in trade promotion trips of the Ministry of Information and Communications in some provinces, participating in Asian Tech in Singapore. Thanks to the Make in Viet Nam award, NextVison has had strong growth. Meanwhile, the smart pest monitoring system is a product that won the Make in Vietnam Silver Award in the category of Excellent Digital Product in 2021, designed and manufactured by RYNAN Technologies Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and is gradually consolidating the domestic market and expanding abroad. RYNAN Technologies Vietnam's product applies artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to automatically identify, count the quantity, density, and types of pests and return results in the form of intuitive charts. This Make in VietNam technology product clearly shows the correlation between harmful pests and beneficial natural enemies, thereby helping farmers have a quick and general view of the balance of the ecosystem. The system will provide warnings and forecasts about the pest situation in the field so that farmers can choose timely treatment methods through the SaaS central management software. With the smart pest monitoring system, farmers will be able to monitor information and data via smartphones. Farmers do not need to go to the fields to find diseases or have to trap and count insects in the traditional way. Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Giau, representative of RYNAN Technologies, said that the unit has built an ecosystem of digital products applying modern technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain. Winning the Make in Vietnam Award has also helped businesses participate in events on connecting supply and demand of digital technology products. This is an important launching pad for small and medium-sized digital technology businesses in developing markets and finding customers. Currently, the insect monitoring system has been deployed in 13 provinces and localities across the country. In 2023, the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture also approved the import of RYNAN Technologies' Insect Monitoring System to monitor and forecast the development of plant diseases in this country. This year, RYNAN Technologies will export 50 Smart Insect Monitoring Systems to Japan. Promoting digital transformation everywhere Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, said that since being held in 2020, the "Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product" award has created ripple effects, actively promoting the development of the Vietnamese information and communications industry (ICT). Many award-winning products have made important contributions to the digital transformation of government agencies, businesses, and people. "There are products that have contributed to greatly changing the lives of remote and disadvantaged villages. People can access digital services anytime, anywhere, at a reasonable cost; access medical services through remote health consultation solutions; access the best teachers and learning materials through online learning stories; and can work anytime, anywhere through online platforms," Deputy Minister Nguyen Huy Dung assessed.

Instructions for people to use online public services at Hanoi Post Office
According to the Department of Information and Communications Technology Industry (Ministry of Information and Communications), Vietnam's ICT industry has grown over the past 15 years, with revenue increasing from 6 billion USD in 2009 to 148 billion USD in 2020. Vietnam currently has a large production capacity, producing about 300 million ICT devices each year. The products all meet international quality standards, meeting the requirements of foreign companies. A bright spot in Vietnam's IT market in the first months of 2023 is that the software export sector still maintains good growth in the Japanese and Asia- Pacific markets. Vietnam is aiming for Vietnamese enterprises' software revenue in foreign markets to reach more than 2 billion USD by the end of 2023. According to Mr. Nguyen Thien Nghia, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Information Technology and Communications Industry, when investing abroad, Vietnamese IT enterprises may have more advantages if they have the support of departments and the Government. Vietnamese IT enterprises are mostly small and medium-sized. When introducing products to foreign customers, Vietnamese enterprises often encounter difficulties because most of them do not know who they are. Therefore, the long-term orientation of the Ministry of Information and Communications is to work with domestic IT enterprises to promote the national brand. The Ministry of Information and Communications will accompany each specialized stage to create better brands for enterprises. According to Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Vice President of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Make in Vietnam products have truly entered life, bringing practical significance to the digital transformation and application to the digital economy and digital society in Vietnam. Over 30% of Make in Vietnam products recognized from 2020 to present have truly entered life with high spread. VCCI will accompany businesses to promote and commercialize products to members.
