On the morning of August 28, comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the opening rehearsal of the 25th Red River Delta Art Photography Festival in 2023. Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

The Red River Delta Art Photography Festival is an annual activity of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in coordination with provinces and cities in the region. This year, with the theme "Red River Delta Culture - a place of convergence and development", the Festival will open on the morning of August 29 at the Provincial Museum. The exhibition period of the works will take place from August 29 to September 5. Units participating in the Festival include the following provinces and cities: Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh .
Currently, preparations are underway for the opening ceremony and the days of the art exhibition, focusing on ensuring security and order, fire prevention, festival decoration, visual propaganda, etc.
Comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed on the plan to display works at the Festival.
Visiting the exhibition booths at the Provincial Museum and listening to the report of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association leaders on the preparation work, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was excited about the results achieved by Thai Binh photography artists at this year's Festival. He agreed on the arrangement and display of award-winning works and works from other provinces and cities; at the same time, he noted that the reception of delegates and guests participating in the Festival should be thoughtful, polite, and show hospitality. In addition, this year's Festival spans the holidays, so it is expected to welcome many tourists and art lovers from inside and outside the province, so more attention should be paid to ensuring security and order.
The 25th Red River Delta Art Photography Festival in 2023 will practically contribute to promoting the image of Thai Binh land and people, rich in cultural traditions, on the path of integration and development.
