The festival was held directly at the No. 4 Vocational College and connected online to 91 points in the entire Military Region 4. The activity has profound political and social significance, demonstrating the responsibility of the Army in caring for and accompanying demobilized youth on the path to self-reliance and career development.

Attending the Festival were Major General Le Van Trung, Standing Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4; Colonel Nguyen Trung Thanh, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region; Colonel Thai Duc Hanh, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region, Head of the Program Organizing Committee; Colonel Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy Chief of Logistics - Engineering of the Military Region; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Principal of Vocational College No. 4, the host unit of the program. On the local side, there were representatives of departments, branches and sectors of Nghe An province, along with 15 enterprises, training establishments and labor supply units inside and outside the Army participating in consulting, enrollment and recruitment. Notably, the event attracted more than 6,000 soldiers about to complete their military service to participate in person and online from all units.

Speaking at the Festival, Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region, Head of the Program Organizing Committee emphasized: "This year's Festival has many new features, outstanding with its large scale, high interactivity and efficiency. The Festival aims to connect young people with vocational training institutions, recruiting businesses, training models associated with digital transformation, creating conditions for soldiers about to be discharged to learn about suitable careers, raise awareness, receive clear orientation and have a sustainable livelihood after returning to their localities."
Policy information, career guidance and training support
Right at the Festival, soldiers were provided with official information on the policies of the Party, State and Army related to vocational training support and job referrals for young people who have completed their military service. The Organizing Committee also introduced detailed regulations on the use of vocational training cards, instructions on registering for training courses and preferential policies for demobilized soldiers.

For vocational training institutions and businesses, there will be experts, lecturers and business representatives directly participating in consulting: Analyzing the current labor market, providing information on career trends, industries with high human resource needs both domestically and internationally, skill requirements, income and recruitment conditions. Many businesses are ready to welcome soldiers after demobilization to participate in training courses according to policies or direct recruitment. With the "training linked to employment" model, soldiers have the opportunity to both learn a trade and be ready to participate in the labor market immediately after completing training.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 120 gifts to soldiers who completed their missions excellently and soldiers in difficult circumstances.

Business Connection – Job Opportunities After Demobilization
One of the strengths of the Festival is the job recruitment booth area, job consultation and introduction of 15 companies, businesses, vocational training counseling of units and schools inside and outside the Army. Here, many businesses have conducted direct recruitment, received applications and conducted preliminary interviews on the same day. In addition, other units organizing indirect recruitment will have contact and specific information after the program to bring more choices to soldiers.
Information on salaries, benefits, working conditions and promotion opportunities are clearly announced by businesses. Some units also introduce technology and digital transformation models; suitable for soldiers with technical skills, information technology, mechanics - electronics... This is a real opportunity for demobilized soldiers to enter a stable career, suitable for their abilities and the development trend of society.

Thereby creating conditions for soldiers to prepare their luggage best, provide a clear vocational training roadmap, orient their career properly, and soon find suitable jobs.
With close coordination between military agencies, local authorities, training facilities and businesses, the program is expected to effectively support soldiers after discharge; contribute to ensuring social security, improving the quality of local human resources and actively contributing to the country's socio-economic development.
