According to the plan, the Culture - Tourism Week at Hoa Binh Square will have many outstanding activities such as: Fishing praying ceremony, releasing flower lanterns on Da River on November 15; opening of art photo exhibition with the theme "Cultural - Tourism Beauty of Hoa Binh Province". The highlight is the Ceremony to receive the certificate of ranking as special national monument Hang Xom Trai, Mai Da Lang Vanh and opening of the Culture - Tourism Week at Hoa Binh Square taking place at 7:30 p.m. on November 16; activities to take visitors to Hoa Binh Lake tourist area; opening of Hoa Binh Province costume show; opening of the 2nd Da River Fish and Shrimp Festival in Hoa Binh Province...

Sharing about the 2nd Hoa Binh Province Fish and Shrimp Festival, Mr. Vuong Dac Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hoa Binh Province said: This activity aims to promote the development of aquaculture production and products from Da River fish and shrimp; promote and affirm copyrighted brands associated with agricultural products and ownership of two specialty brands "Hoa Binh Da River Shrimp" and "Hoa Binh Da River Fish".

Regarding the event of the Can wine festival, Mr. Luu Huy Linh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism emphasized that this is an activity to introduce Can wine products with the characteristics of four Muong regions: Bi, Vang, Thang, Dong of Hoa Binh province combined with folk songs, folk dances, folk music bearing the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group.

Accordingly, it will recreate and introduce the culture of rice wine, customs and practices of the Muong people in production and drinking rice wine..., thus, not violating Decree 100/2019/ND-CP.

The Hoa Binh Province Culture and Tourism Week Festival aims to introduce impressive images of the potential, strengths, landscapes and traditional cultural identity of Hoa Binh province in general and the Da River Lake tourist area in particular, contributing to stimulating tourism development and attracting and expanding the domestic and foreign tourist market to Hoa Binh province.
