This is the most modern superyacht in the Quantum series of Royal Caribbean International (RCI), built at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany and launched in April 2019. Currently, it is considered the largest cruise ship operating in Asia with 16 floors and more than 2,000 rooms, capable of serving a maximum of more than 5,600 guests.

Of which, international visitors are estimated at 1.45 million, 9.6 times higher than the same period (reaching 96.7% of the plan), domestic visitors are estimated at 4.25 million, an increase of 119.4% over the same period (exceeding the plan by 70%). Tourism revenue is estimated at over VND 27,502 billion, an increase of 154.8% over the same period (exceeding the plan by 31%).
